Where information is provided directly to Flagstone Group Limited (“Flagstone”), they will be the data controller. Flagstone is not part of the same company group as Ironstone and is a separate entity, through which Ironstone deposit products can be obtained.

In order to provide you (and Flagstone) with financial services and comply with the law and regulations by which we are bound, we may need to collect and process personal data about you. If you do not provide the information we require, whether it’s necessary to enter into a contract with you and/or comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, it may delay or prevent us from meeting our obligations and may mean that unfortunately we will not be able to provide our services or products to you or Flagstone.
